Scan a card
Run the Card Scan Shortcut first. It reads the card and opens this page with the details filled in. If the details are not filled, tap Paste the card.
Open Google Lens and point it at the card. Tap Text, then Select all, then Share and pick MedKern Scan. The details fill in on their own. You can also tap Copy in Lens, come back here and tap Paste the card.
